Our Team
Jo Moore, Principal
Jo is a lawyer, consultant and experienced executive with over 25 years in the wagering, racing, sport and media sectors.
Ex Clayton Utz lawyer, she has held senior positions with Tabcorp including General Counsel and GM roles in Strategy and Stakeholder Relations.
Jo is known for her legal and risk acumen, commercial approach and for achieving results, particularly in high stakes negotiations and strategic transformation projects.
Jo has acted in a number of key racing and wagering industry disputes (including the Race fields litigation and SKY/TVN media rights litigation), industry mergers and demergers, and has led and advised on wagering licence bids, media rights negotiations and structural reform deals with racing industry and governments.
She has recently held consulting roles with Racing NSW, the Australian Turf Club as Acting General Counsel and is the Administrator of Hawkesbury Race Club. Jo is a Member of the Harness Racing NSW Appeal Panel and served six years on the Racing NSW Appeal Panel for thoroughbred racing. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Jockeys Trust.
Jo holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology, a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Australian Governance Institute and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
